Why choose Tail Waggies?Your pet is more comfortable staying in a similar home environment. It saves you and your pet the stress of going to a kennel. Your pet gets customized care so it maintains a normal schedule.

How far ahead should I book?Please book as far ahead as possible to ensure you get your place on the schedule. Normally, 2 weeks ahead for new clients and 1 week ahead for current clients is enough notice. Please book at least one month ahead for popular holidays as these fill up faster.

What is your cancellation policy?You may receive a full refund if you cancel a week or more out from your confirmed drop-off date. Less than one week's notice is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Are meet & greets required?We do not require a meet & greet before booking, but we are always willing to schedule one with you if you have any concerns.

What hours are you available?We are generally available everyday 7:30 AM - 8:00 PM. If you need service outside of this window, let us know. We might be able to accommodate you.
